Colin Staus

Colin was raised in Northern British Columbia, and has made Vancouver his home for more than half his life. He remembers fondly summer trips spent in the lower mainland camping and foraging with his family. His restaurant career began early, starting as a busboy at the age of 15. Colin graduated Culinary School in 2010 and was hired at Bacchus Restaurant at The Wedgewood Hotel as a junior CDPHe then moved to White Rock, B.C to work at Uli's Restaurant, and later at Beast & Brine Local Provisions. Colin has been working at Campagnolo Restaurant since 2014 under the mentorship of Chef Robert Belcham. The philosophy within the restaurant has helped him grow as both a Chef and an individual. Such growth has allowed him to rise up to become the chef de Cuisine of Campagnolo Restaurant. 

As the marketing co-chair Colin is responsible for the overall design of the website.
