A true Vancouverite by nature, Tret Jordan sparked his passion for fine cuisine as apprentice at the acclaimed William Tell Restaurant, after formal culinary training at Vancouver Community College, Culinary Arts School. He is now the Executive Chef for the Wentworth Hospitality Group.
Here at home, Tret’s earned kudos in some of Vancouver's top kitchens including Raincity Grill, Bacchus in the Wedgewood Hotel and Elixir Bistro at the Opus Hotel. He gives back as a volunteer at Growing Chefs! Chefs for Children’s Urban Agriculture to teach kids about good, healthy food. At Tableau Bar Bistro, Tret will put his heart and soul into the inventive seasonal menu, further showcasing his skills as one of Vancouver’s most passionate culinary talents.
